Day 2 Updates – Show Me Showdown I
It’s going to be a busy day today. Starting with the first game, Kickapoo vs Ft. Zumwalt West for third place in class 5. We’ll start with the updates at the first quarter break and keep going right through the nightcap, Republic vs Kearney. And of course, in between, we’ll see what the Webb City girls can do. - Noon – Class 5 Girls 3rd place – Ft. Zumwalt West (25-5) vs Kickapoo (24-6)
- 1:40 – Class 5 Boys 3rd place – CBC (22-9) vs Park Hills South (21-10)
- 3:20 – Class 4 Girls – Cape Girardeau Notre Dame (25-4) vs St. Dominic (25-3)
- 5:00 – Class 4 Girls – Webb City (28-1) vs O’Hara (23-6)
- 6:40 – Class 4 Boys – St. Francis Borgia (29-0) vs Soldan (22-5)
- 8:20 – Class 4 Boys – Republic (20-8) vs Kearney (26-3)
11:10 – Alright. Tipoff in just about 10 minutes. We’ll see if Kickapoo can bounce back from that disappointing fourth quarter yesterday and go home with 3rd place.
12:53 – Sorry for the delay. That darn real job gets in the way sometimes. Kickapoo trailed at the half 24-23. Casey Carroll had 15 points and 5 boards.
