Final district baseball and soccer finals

We finished up the district season last night in grand fashion. The ladies took the soccer pitch in Ozark with traditional rivals Glendale and Ozark facing off for the class 3 district 11 title. And this time the top seeded Lady Falcons came away with a 2-0 victory. They now move on to face Joplin in the opening round of the state tournament.

Meanwhile at Halfway, top seed Dadeville wasn’t as fortunate as second seeded Weaubleau upset the Bearcats to win the district title 4-1. Weaubleau now gets to host Stoutland Monday night.
